Dedicated to women who seek cosmetic gynaecological procedures

On this website you will find information on a range of cosmetic female genital procedures that include labiaplasty (labial reduction) plus/minus hoodoplasty; vaginoplasty (vaginal rejuvenation, vaginal tightening, designer vagina, surgical vaginal tightening); non-surgical vaginal tightening (ThermiVa) ; hymenectomy and hymenoplasty (re-virgination); perineoplasty (re-fashion of perineum); and G-spot augmentation . We hope you find what you seek.

The most frequently sought cosmetic gynaecological procedure, involves reduction or re-shaping of the inner lips of the vagina – the labia minora. Other terms often used include labial reduction, labiaminoraplasty

Reduction / re-shaping / puffing of the outer lips or labia majora. This is often requested by women who are unhappy about loosening / misshaping of the outer lips due to loss of collagen with ageing, childbirth or weight loss.

Other names for it are vaginoplasty and vaginal rejuvenation surgery. Vaginal laxity is usually caused by a combination of factors like vaginal birth, age, poor collagen, smoking and coitus. The operation is therefore aimed at correcting the laxity of the vagina and make it tighter.

ThermiVa uses radiofrequency to deliver controlled heating to the vaginal and labial areas, causing tissues to contract and also inducing new collagen formation, which further tightens the treated areas. In addition to vaginal and labial tightening, women have reported improved vaginal moistness, improved symptoms of mild-moderate stress incontinence and enhanced sexual satisfaction. The full treatment involves 3 monthly procedures.

Hymenectomy is the surgical excision of the hymen where natural coitus has failed to rupture the hymen and therefore allow penetrative sexual intercourse. Hymenoplasty (alternative terms are hymenorrhaphy and revirgination) is the reshaping of perforated hymen to it’s original “virginal state” and ensure bleeding during subsequent first sexual penetration.

The perineum is the area between the vaginal introitus and the anus. During childbirth, tears can occur in the perineum, or sometimes a cut (episiotomy) is made in the perineum deliberately to widen the introitus and facilitate childbirth. These tears / cuts when badly healed, can give rise to painful scars, painful intercourse, or women may be unhappy about the perineum looks. Perineoplasty involves the cosmetic surgical reconstruction of the perineum. It aims to restore / remove any malformed granulation tissue, excess, relaxed or folded skin.

Whether the G-spot exists or not is a matter of huge debate and controversy. For the believers, the G-spot is a small erogenous zone 1-2cm proximal to the urethra on the anterior vaginal wall. Stimulation of this highly sensitive area results in expansion of approximately 50%, high levels of sexual arousal and powerful orgasm. G-spot augmentation is the enhancement of this area with a variety of substances such as collagen, autologous fat, but probably the most widely used material is hyaluronic acid.
